Who operates Multitude

MULTITUDE LLC operates this service. For support, access or deletion requests, or privacy questions, email support@multitude.io, call 808-207-9669, or write to PO BOX 72871, Phoenix, AZ 85050. You do not need to sign in to contact us.

Beta visitor emails

When you enter the beta, Multitude stores your email and entry date. A cookie remembers your entry for 30 days. No password, email verification, or invitation approval is required to browse. This does not create a paid membership or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Member sign-in

Supabase Auth manages enabled social logins, email verification, and password recovery. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not stored in Multitude’s application database. Provider identity is verified before beta access is granted.

Multitude uses account and viewing information to operate paid membership, deliver videos, save progress, personalize discovery, prevent abuse, and calculate creator royalties. No advertisements are served. This preview is not a statement that every legal launch requirement has been completed.

Information we use

Your enabled sign-in provider supplies an account identifier and contact information. After account creation, we store your display name, adult eligibility attestation, policy acceptance, preferences, follows, votes, custom channels, playback progress, and reports. Video uploads include content metadata, artwork, processing records, and publication history.

Verified playback sessions record episode positions, timing, accepted segments, and accounting-month records. Devices and profiles do not create separate royalty allowances. Producer dashboards show aggregate content performance rather than lists of individual viewers. Administrators have limited access for support, moderation, security, and financial reconciliation.

Service providers

Stripe handles payment details, banking verification, and required payout and tax information. Multitude stores provider identifiers and payment status, not card numbers or tax documents. Mux handles video processing and delivery. Resend delivers account confirmation and recovery emails. Google Workspace handles support email. Supabase also runs signed maintenance requests; their operational results are retained for 30 days. Cloudflare provides application hosting and persistent data storage. Service-provider agreements and data flows require review before public launch.

Controls and retention

You can change content filters and episode-notification preferences in Account, remove votes and follows, delete custom channels, and cancel renewals. Essential authentication and payment cookies are used by their respective providers. Optional advertising tracking is not part of the service.

Inactive video media is retained for 90 days. Financial, publication, moderation, and security records may need longer retention for legal obligations, dispute handling, and fraud prevention. The owner must approve specific record-retention periods and a process for deletion, export, and applicable state privacy requests before launch. Signed-in members can submit a privacy request through the Privacy Policy in Multitude. We may need to verify your identity and preserve records we are legally required to keep.

Children's privacy

Accounts are restricted to adults 18 and older. No child accounts, child profiles, or direct child sign-up are offered. The Kids content label and an adult subscription do not establish compliance with COPPA. Child-directed material is held for review of the audience, data collection, notices, consent obligations, and platform experience. If we learn that personal information has been collected from a child unlawfully, we must restrict processing and follow the applicable response and deletion process.

The owner must assess actual audience and use, including the amended COPPA Rule, with qualified counsel before enabling a child-directed experience. An age checkbox alone does not resolve these obligations. FTC COPPA guidance.
