Help us find the issue

Include your account email, the relevant show or episode link, what happened, and the approximate time. For a payment question, include a receipt reference if available. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or sign-in codes.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew monthly. Each payment provides access for the paid monthly term. Cancel through Account or billing management to stop future renewals; access ends at the end of that paid term. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. No refunds or credits are provided for unused time.

Privacy requests

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion by email without signing in. We may need to verify your identity. Tell us the type of request and the account email; do not send identity documents unless we request them through an appropriate secure process.

Content concerns and appeals

Include the content link and a clear explanation. If you are appealing a decision, include its reference and any new information.
